100% reduction

100% reduction is available to:

1. Children up to the age of 4, certified by a document proving the child's age.

2. Border Guard officers:

  • in uniform - when performing official activities related to the protection of the national border, and when escorting detained persons, patrolling service and performing activities related to border traffic control,
  • while carrying out official activities related to the prevention and counteraction of illegal migration, performed on routes of particular international importance,

as certified by a service card along with a certificate stating the legal basis for the reduction, issued by the Commander-in-Chief of the Border Guard, the appropriate Commander of the Border Guard Unit or the appropriate commanding officer of the Border Guard post.

3. Officers of the Customs and Fiscal Services, while performing official activities of control specified in Section V of the Act of 16 November 2016 on the National Fiscal Administration (Journal of Laws, item 1947), as certified by a service card and a certificate of performance of official activities, containing the legal basis for the use of the reduction, issued by the minister responsible for public finance, the Head of the Customs Service, the competent director of the customs chamber or the competent head of the customs office.

4. Uniformed police officers during the convoying of detained persons or protected property, transporting special mail, patrol service and providing support or assisting in the activities of enforcement bodies, as certified by a service card, along with a certificate stating the legal basis for the use of the reduction, issued by the Chief Constable of the Police, the relevant regional (capital) police chief or the relevant district (city) and regional police chief.

5. Soldiers, while performing official patrolling and other official duties on the train

  • Military Police, as certified by a service card and an identification badge of a soldier of the Military Police, along with a certificate on the performance of specific official activities, containing the legal basis for the use of the reduction, issued by the Commander-in-Chief of the Military Police;
  • military law enforcement agencies, as certified by a professional soldier's ID card or military log book with an up-to-date entry on serving as an army officer in the military overtime or basic military service, accompanied by a certificate on the performance of certain official activities, including the legal basis for the use of the reduction, issued by the competent garrison commander or the competent commander of the relevant army unit.
