Personal season route tickets

Personalised seasonal section tickets:

• are issued for journeys by Masovian Railways on distances up to 200 km, except for Słoneczny and Słoneczny Bis train and other trains of commercial nature,
• entitle their holders to an unlimited number of journeys between all stations on the section for which the ticket has been issued, via the shortest route or as indicated on the ticket,
• are valid from the date of issue or as indicated by the passenger, allowing for a 7-day pre-sale period,
• can be issued for one-way or return journeys. Before starting the first journey, the ticket holder must enter their full name and the number of their identity document (with photograph) with permanent pen and in a legible manner (in the space provided on the ticket) - with the exception of the ticket encoded on the Masovian Card,
• are valid in combination with the document, the number of which is entered on them, with the exception of the ticket encoded on the Masovian Card. Traveller data can also be confirmed with mObywatel system,
• only the person whose details are entered on the section ticket shall be entitled to travel using the section ticket. It is not permitted to laminate a ticket or to prolong its validity period.

Lost, damaged, laminated or stolen season tickets shall not be reimbursed and duplicates shall not be issued, even if the loss has been reported to law enforcement authorities, with the exception of tickets encoded on the Masovian Card.
Personalised section tickets can be purchased at the normal fare, with a reduction: 33%, 35%, 37%, 49%, 50%, 51%, 78%, 93%.

Types of personalised section tickets:
1) weekly,
2) fortnightly,
3) monthly,
4) quarterly.

The validity period of a reduced-fare personalised quarterly section ticket may not be longer than the validity period of the document confirming the right to use the reduced fare.

Personalised seasonal section tickets can be purchased at ticket offices, ticket machines and online.
